Refund policy

On the assumption that the payment conditions are respected, Elite srl offers the customer a 24-months warranty on the wheel structure, from the demonstrable shipping date.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects recognized by our quality service and our responsibility and which occurred during the production of the wheel. Elite SRL guarantees its single-color painted wheels for 24 months and its diamond wheels for 12 months from the demonstrable shipping date.
The warranty will be valid only if the painting has not been stressed by atmospheric or chemical agents, abrasive products or materials, water jets at high pressures and temperatures, etc...if the defects are not deriving from incorrect use or poor product maintenance (for example: surface scratched or damaged by foreign bodies such as stones, pavements, snow chains, etc....)

The warranty becomes void if the product has been altered, modified, repainted, repaired or otherwise does not correspond to the original design characteristics, or if the product has been used differently from the instructions given inside the box and in our application list or for purposes for which the wheels were not designed. (example: sporting use, rallies, etc...) Elite srl undertakes under this guarantee to repair or replace at its discretion the product which upon examination proves to be manufacturing defective. Defective products must be reported to Elite srl within 10 working days from the day of delivery and by sending the appropriate return authorization form (see attachment), after which the goods are considered compliant and accepted by the customer, therefore no longer contestable or returnable. Only after our consent to the return authorization can defective products be returned. The costs relating to disassembly, assembly and installation (on the buyer's vehicle) will not be paid by Elite. If the disputed defect is not recognized after inspection by our quality service, the transport costs will be borne by the customer. Elite alloy wheels must be mounted following the instructions in the box and according to the technical applications shown on our website.

NOTE: Before mounting the tire on the wheel, present the wheel on the car wheel hub, checking the absence of interference with the brake calipers or other mechanical parts. Wheels mounted on tires will not be accepted as returns.
