Shipping policy
The ordered goods are shipped according to the commercial agreements made, ex our factory or ex our customer's warehouse or with the drop shipping formula. In the case of shipment of goods ex our warehouse/logistics, the customer remains responsible for organizing the collection and responsibility for transport. From the moment Elite srl communicates the readiness of the order, the customer must inform Elite srl at least 1 working day in advance of the collection of the goods with communication of the person carrying out the collection and the license plate of the vehicle. In the case of shipping goods free to recipient, it is essential that upon arrival of the goods, before accepting them, the recipient carefully checks the conditions of the packaging!!! In the event of damaged packaging or delivery of non-compliant or incomplete goods, place the specific reservation on the transport documents and/or on the driver's PDA and before signing, check that the words "acceptance with reservation because......(the reservation must be well specified: torn cardboard, holes, wet, etc....)” is present (PLEASE NOTE: BY SPECIFIC RESERVATION WE MEAN “I ACCEPT WITH RESERVATION FOR DENT, LAUNDRY, CRUSHED, WET, TORN, ETC.... you have to specify what the problem is!), in case of absence of a handheld device the specific reserve must be placed on the payslip that the driver retains. The reservation "subject to control" (generic) is not considered sufficient by the transporters and is therefore not valid.
IF NOTHING IS SPECIFIED ON THE TRANSPORT DOCUMENT, IT MEANS THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK AT UNLOADING AND THEREFORE ANY DAMAGE MUST BE ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE CUSTOMER'S CARELESSNESS AND ELITE SRL IS RELEASED FROM ANY TYPE OF RESPONSIBILITY In the case of delivery with the "drop shipping" formula, the final recipient must carry out the same checks mentioned above and possibly make specific reservations as appropriate. It will be the responsibility of our customer for whom we carry out drop shipping to another recipient, to instruct his customer regarding the checks to be carried out upon arrival of the goods. However, for Elite srl the real person responsible for the operation is always and only our customer to whom the goods are invoiced and therefore any complaints or returns must reach us through his company, our sole and effective customer, according to the guarantee and return methods. For the Drop Shipping formula with which we send the goods directly to your customer for your order, account and responsibility, the cost of € 2.5 per wheel for the service will be added. (€10 each 4 wheels)
The delivery time will be determined and communicated to the customer based on the order preparation program. Elite SRL is not responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control such as, for example: strikes, delayed transport, causes of force majeure, etc.
