Terms of service

Orders must be transmitted via our B2B portal or via email or via WhatsApp or via telephone. Orders transmitted by email or WhatsApp must indicate the complete description of the item(s) and/or the EAN code you intend to order.

Elite srl is not responsible for errors due to incorrect or descriptive deficiencies during the order phase. Elite srl will issue and send to the customer the order confirmation/proforma invoice complete with the items ordered, additional costs and conditions of sale applied.

 The order will be considered accepted in all its parts when Elite srl sends the order confirmation/proforma invoice and then logistics will begin the order preparation procedure.

The shipment of the goods will be followed by the issuing of a regular invoice sent by email.
